The Social Media Fundraising Formula: How Nonprofits Can Raise More Money Using the Internet

I recently did a webinar sponsored by and PetFirst Health Insurance about online fundraising for animal welfare organizations. I thought I’d share the recording here!

Petfinder has lots of great webinars all year long for animal welfare agencies. Check out their webinar page and register for any or all of them–they are all totally free!

I have seen nonprofits cautiously embrace social media over the last five years, but they still aren’t completely sure how to use it for fundraising. This session will teach you how, and help you get you Executive Director and Board of Directors excited too! We’ll look at successful social media fundraising campaigns, and some not-so-successful ones, and break down how and why they worked or didn’t work. I’ll share my 5 secrets that make my campaigns meet their goals 100% of the time. You’ll go home with a worksheet that asks you all the right questions, so when you’re done, you have a campaign!

Get in Touch!

I'm available via most social media, so drop me a line! I'll answer your questions and I really look forward to hearing from you and helping if I can!

Hello Emily, I attended this webinar and I just wanted to say how much I loved it and how it helped me greatly! Yesterday, I had made a slideshow for one of our dogs who needs treatment for heartworm. I used the tips you gave and within ONE hour of posting the video/slideshow & story we recieved donations that covered the costs of his treatment! It was the greatest feeling in the world to help change the outcome for this dog. I must say that this webinar made the difference. Thank you!

Thanks so much for this – it’s excellent! I support 4 animal rescue groups and will apply the principles I’ve learned here!
